Bears of Autumn: Jacob Wishkabibble's Cookie Day

On a crisp autumn morning, Jacob Wishkabibble woke before the sun had fully warmed the windowsill. Tucked under his arm was his favorite little book, worn from years of reading by the fire.
As the coffee brewed and the kitchen filled with the scent of cinnamon and vanilla, Jacob pulled a chair up to the table and opened a page marked with a pressed autumn leaf. Inside was a treasured sugar cookie recipe passed down through generations of woodland bears.
Soon flour dusted the countertop, cookie cutters shaped leaves and stars, and warm cookies cooled beside a steaming mug. Jacob spent the morning reading stories and enjoying the simple comforts of the season.
Some bears collect acorns. Some collect adventures. Jacob collects cozy autumn memories.
